PK Hummingbird Steel Orchestra

PK Hummingbird Steel Orchestra has been providing free steelpan lessons to families in the Niagara region since 1998. The band was founded by Patrick Nunes and Kay Charles as a way to share the music of Trinidad and Tobago with a diverse audience while keeping young people engaged in the culture and community. Members participate in regional events through performances and workshops, and the band is a favourite at local parades and festivals.
