Capri Everitt - Guinness World Record-holding singer
Capri Everitt is a 16 year old Guinness World Record-holding singer. She received worldwide recognition in the international media during her journey “Around the World in 80 Anthems” where she sang 80 anthems in 80 countries in their native languages to raise money and awareness for orphaned and abandoned children through SOS Children’s Villages.
Capri's social media is growing globally and she has almost 300,000 followers on Instagram and over 340,000 on TikTok. Her original song, “Y” has over 1,000,000 streams on Spotify and her award-winning single “Girl Stand Up” resulted in an invitation to perform at Amateur Night at the Apollo in New York in February 2020 as well as a spot in the Top 10 Songs for CBC’s 2020 Searchlight Contest.
Capri has performed as the anthem singer for the NBA's Toronto Raptors and New Orleans Pelicans , the MLB’s Toronto Blue Jays and Washington Nationals, the NHL’s Vancouver Canucks as well as at the M&S Bank Arena in Liverpool as the Vitality International Netball Cup's anthem singer, opening the tournament with the singing of 18 different anthems. Capri is also a two time We Day Speaker and two time TEDx Speaker and she was proud to be featured in the viral “Heal the World” Maati Baani collaboration that now has over 60 million views on Facebook. Her award-winning documentary about her 80 anthems journey is narrated by Emmy Award-winning Shark Tank Host Daymond John.
