Dr. Cindi Glidden-Tracey	Steve Sacky
Presented by Dr. Cindi Glidden-Tracey, Assistant Professor of Teaching, Counselling Psychology at the University of British Columbia ; she will give us a sneak peek into a method that she has developed on how to Relax, Think Positive, and Pay Attention to the Rhythms of Our Lives through drumming.	Presented by Steve Sacky, an immigrant from Ghana, Steve is born with the talent and enthusiasm of drumming. A self-taught drummer, Steve has been in various drum circles and he plays in various bands. His passion is drumming, learning, and sharing culture with a wide spectrum of enthusiastic drummers.
